I'm sorry to hear people having issues. I'd be mad as hell too.
From good service last year to now what I read is a real buzz kill. I hope everyone gets settled up.
    Peace.

Sounds like you're worrying over nothing. I have pulled a trailer with mine and never an issue.

Do you have a giant "F*** the police" sticker on your truck? That's ridiculous!

Tried that number too... It rings , but then says "Voicemail box is not in service.. Goodbye..".

If the family issues are true. Then I can understand slowing the product output down (Family over business anytime). But you have to let people know with orders in line that there will be a delay.. That's customer service 101.

I could not agree more. I guess one of my mistakes was paying in full, so not only do I not have a bumper but im also out 1,000.00 with nothing at all to show for it. Im trying to keep cool with the situation but Billy is making it very tough with his lack of customer service.

WOW that sucks man! At this point I'm out $520..

Just tried to call again (12pm PT) and again no answer. I'm willing to give him a couple more weeks, till the end of the month, that will be 19 weeks past due date.

But if I don't hear from him (Email or Phone) by then, I am going to cancel the order and dispute the charges with Paypal..

I REALLY hate to do this and go this route, but this is getting beyond ridiculous. He built my front bumper and did a KILLER job on it. He was a pleasure to do business with.. After this I will have a tough time recommending him.

On a whim I called Fastenal yesterday - it sounds like my bumper and sliders are going to arrive in Seattle tomorrow!

    Don't lose hope everybody!

Been a little over a month since I installed it and I've already had several random people stop me in parking lots and ask about it.

Usually they have some other sort of vehicle they want a bumper for and wonder where mine came from and if they can get one.

Top notch craftsmanship. Went on like it was factory and all the welds look great.
I wish Billy the best, he's a really good guy to talk to and I'm glad I purchased the bumper from him.
Hopefully, he can figure out some way to keep in touch with people because his stuff is great.
