I guess add me to the list also. I got my bumper but my order was not filled completely. Never got my RotoPax/mount. So I guess I'm out about $125.

Chris, thank you for offering to head up the contacting of the DA. Some of us are on the east coast, so it makes things tough. Over the next couple of weeks, we can compile everything together for you and make it easier.

I am happy to do it. Like I said, I am going to keep trying to get in touch with him up until the first of December. At that time, I believe we have all given more than we needed to. All I need from everyone is a complete list of everyone who is on the hook and for how much

Call the credit card company that is on your paypal account and file the dispute through them. I'm sorry you guys are going through this but there are ways around this. Hell call the police in his county and yours.

Chris, I'll help you get all the info together. If you want to wait until Dec. 1, then that is what we will do. I'll make a new thread to keep the information organized, and people can add to it.

    I bounce it offa stuff.
I just filed a dispute with my card company today. Tired of waiting and don't see anything changing anytime soon. Bumper was supposed to ship in July. Probably rusted up by now anyway.

I think starting a new thread is good idea.

Yesterday I sent him an email stating I had to hear from him by 12/1 (also hit his Facebook page that he had an important email he need to read ASAP). Or I was going to file to get my money back.

The idea of joining forces as whole I'm down with too. Being that some of us don't live in CA.

Tomorrow I am going to contact my bank to see what other options are out there too.

First snow here in CO. This HC is nice to have driving around in the snow with the added 120lbs. Removed the swing out temporarily too.

Thanks man! Yeah Billy is losing his customers! Really too bad cause both things I've received from him are solid as a rock.

Just got off the phone with my bank (Bank of America).

BA has a 60 Day limit to dispute charges. But the gentleman informed me I could still file, with a chance I might get my money back. Not guaranteed.

Then he dug a little further in the transaction. He found out that I had paid Billy via ACH. In other words I did a direct transfer of money out of my account to Billy's. Allowing him to those funds.

What does this mean? In a nut shell The ONLY way to get my money back is to go after him in court. BA legally can't do anything.

Also contacted Paypal.. They were of ZERO help. Being that the amount of time has passed by. I would have too file electronically though them.. But That's not an option due to the ACH..

I would strongly advise everyone to check in on this and get informed on their situation.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Anyone who has a high clearance rear bumper, *especially* those with a swingout, could you please get me some shots of the inside of the bumper? I'm curious what the framing/skeleton part looks like. Specifically, the corners, the spindle, and any structural supports/gussets.
Justin, Aaron, T-Rey, and Noah seem to be the ones to whom I'm looking at here.

    Thanks in advance!

Also, fwiw, Billy called me today after I put in to him yesterday "what has to be the longest email, ever" (his words). Says lead times are about 5 weeks. Told me he's shipping out about ten bumpers a week.
