For those folks with 1st gens running the 285 75 16 size. How's your ride? I mean I know this are e rated tires, mean looking and excellent performing and love them so far. But I'm considering upgrading my ucas to something other than stock to better the feel on road. Does anybody have an experience with these tires and upgraded ucas?

On first gens 285/75/16 needs lift and UCA to clear. I have had my 265/75/16 for less then 24hrs and love the absolute shit out of these tires. So smooth and little road noise. They grip like you wouldn't believe. I can't say enough about how awesome these tires are. The 2.7 pulls these along no problem and I have CRAP gear ratio lol. 3.58 or something like that.

I'm swapping my UCAs when I lift. IMO it's basically NEEDED when going higher then stock.

I'm lifted about 2 inches in the front, and don't mind the ride until I start hitting potholes :D "good ol jersey"
Then you can tell how heavy this suckers are.

I'm from eastern potholevania. I know full well how bad Jersey roads are. Y'all shit is FUCKED UP lol. They definitely got some weight to them but hell if my little beat ass 2.7 with 205k on it can handle them, they are more then fine. UCAs will help out immensely

Tires are on! 265/75/16 vs 265/70/16 in the first picture. Stock suspension. Going to do more testing this afternoon, right now I've only driven them home a few miles from the tire shop.

Rgr that. What I'm looking is rotation pattern. Since I think these tires are directional

Haven't found that to be the case. I do backs to front and cross the fronts to back. Always have a rightward pull no matter what. Unless they were installed wrong.. Which I hope that's the case so I have a fix for my rightward pull

Yeah I have the right pull as well. It's really annoying sometimes.
