Ready to replace because they are bald or they are getting close to the wear markers? I have close to 10,000 on mine and the front is at 15/32 and the rear 16/32.

Where are you finding these sizes at in stock? I need to grab five of them real quick for the LandCruiser.

With about 7/32 left. Noticed slipping started when roads are damp in the morning. Started getting worse in last month or so - decided not worth waiting and got some good deals from @Discount Tire Direct with 4th of July.

However just got informed they didn't have 4 of the Vortex, so they gave me a good deal and I went with the TKOs with the normal center caps.

Just installed this yesterday I'm getting them aligned tomorrow. 255/80/17. So far loving them. Any recommendations on air pressure to run them for normal driving conditions.20170705_194021.jpg 20170705_181417.jpg

As soon as I get home from the alignment shop I'll run the chalk test. I'm currently running 35 all around.

Thank you, learning lots here! I've noticed a correlation to how much time I spend on here and the lack of moneys I have in my bank account. Seamingly my truck appears to be much more capable these days.

Easy to believe. I think it all boils down to a function of both time and money. My problem always seems to be that I rarely have both simultaniously.

Hey guys I have my set coming tomorrow on a set of the MB TKO wheels, but I have an issue - the lug nuts are 1-2 days behind. Wanted to get them on, get an alignment, then just swap the new black lugs on when they come in...is this possible? Or do I need to have the new lugs to get them on?

You can do this, but take a moment to study your new wheel manufacturers details about them to ensure that your factory lug nuts won't damage them. Also, please share a picture with the size once you get them on.

Have had my tires for a little over a week now. I got them aligned and the drive straight. Also did the chalk test and I'm running 37 upfront and 33 out back. Took them out on a small trail with my son last weekend and they feel so much different than the rugged fails that came with the truck. Didnt feel the bumps on the road as much as before. Probably thanks to the extra sidewall. Not as rough as I thought they would be after going from P rated to E rated. Also I'm running 255/80 R17 on 17x8.5 wheels with 5100 all around. Front set at 2.5 rear 2 inch add a leaf. The only rubbing I had was on the front mudd flaps so I took them all off.

Took 4-lo to get on the big rock (it climbed the big one first) as it was taller than halfway on the tire. It spun just a bit but grabbed and climbed on up. Was quite impressed. Had to have someone actually hold the mud flap up to clear it
