    Nope no cutting needed, though the clips that hold the bumper pad on break super easy (OEM toyota part) I need to order a new pad because I broke so many clips.

    I love everything baja makes. Mine came with holes. Not for baja but I just had to file the holes a tiny bit and re-drill for the mounting screws.
