I like clean, but sterile as a hospital operating room under the hood? Not happening.

If it doesn't involve any crazy tools I don't have I would love to do a full detail once a year! I find it therapeutic, I can clean away ALL THOSE COMPLAINTS KAREN.

Like a spring cleaning sort of. I think the previous owner of my truck had dogs. Can anyone recommend a good leather treatment lol

Okay that sounds great! Simple Green for inside and out? If I can get my truck to look half as clean as yours that's good enough lol

I wash my truck every chance I get. Pretty much OCD with window cleaning. Cannot stand water spots on the paint..

That said, engine bay gets sprayed off periodically....and call it good.

Simple Green is for engine bay detailing only (as far as Im concerned)

After everything under there is thoroughly cleaned AND dried...

Apply a little bit of 303 on a clean microfiber towel and wipe down all the plastics, hoses and rubber connections.

This will extend the life of everything it touches and provide 'protection' against newly found dust/dirt.

You guys make me feel like I neglect my truck...

I'm gonna have to detail it this weekend...lol What do you guys use to revitalize the bed? The black coating always looks so sad on my truck.

Pics of my dirty truck, includes a photo without the hardcover on and also one with a cat on a jobsite that won't leave my truck alone...i am seriously afraid of it getting stuck in the engine bay(has happened to my friend before lol)IMG_2520 - Copy.jpg IMG_2906 - Copy.jpg IMG_2922 - Copy.jpg IMG_3484 - Copy.jpg

If I feel okay and have time (and the weather isn't crappy) I'll pull the rear bumper and receiver and cut the bedsides for the BF high clearance rear bumper

I wish we lived closer....I'd be pestering the hell out of you to help work on your truck. While I was going through various treatments, I had the desire to work on my truck, but not always the energy or stamina. One friend was always there to pick up the slack. That provided much needed boost in moral.

Just know there's a gang of us that are with you in spirit.

Thanks @Bluegrass Taco. Working on the truck is a much needed distraction but, as you know, it is difficult to find the energy to do it, even when I'm not feeling like crap.
