Another brown falls for the mouse fly, this one put up a hell of a fight. Pics are self taken, not the clearest.

Haha!! Funny, cause your posts on the White make me want to go there in search of monster browns. Its around 2,000 miles to get there though from where I live.
You guys catching them on spin gear or flyfishing?

Both. The ones at night (so all of them I posted) are spinning because it's hard to fish 3 people in my little Jon boat if we're fly fishing. First night we got there someone was leaving that had just landed a 25" male brown on a streamer.

My name is Ryan, I'm a new guy to this forum. I know this is not the new guy section but I felt it'd be more appropriate to introduce myself here. I don't do much in the way of wheeling I primarily use my truck to get me out into the middle of nowhere to chase Salmon and Steelhead throughout the year in Oregon. I fish once or twice a week all year long, it is what I love to do. Anyways I'm exited to be part of the forum, I have a lot to learn about working on my truck but there is so much great info on this forum it certainly helps shorten the learning curve! Here's a little fish porn to introduce myself!

Lol, I don't know what "THOSE" means but I'll say no Haha
I fish both I just like catching fish on my fly rod better. I actually picked up an 8 wt rod for pike/bass this year. Used it a few times but can't wait to land some big fish on that thing! Should be fun.
I recently moved to an area with some sick walleye fishing and it just so happens walleye is my favorite! Yumm
    Anybody have tips for walleye?

Most of the fly fishermen around here actually have that mentality. If you don't always use the fly rod, you don't know how to fish. As long as I'm catching fish I don't care if it's fly rod or spinning.

Oh really? Haha nah just messing around. I fly fish and spin fish depends on what I'm going for or the time of year! I don't discriminate ;)

Never fished for them but my buddy does! Caught some nice ones in Maine this year.
    If like to try

Yea, there have been arguments at regulation meetings between the 2 groups. It's ridiculous. I take both most of the time. If they're not hittin the spinners/plugs, I'll throw the fly rod at em.
