Only reason I asked is because I saw a video of a guy using a frog like plastic connected to his buzzbaits and I've been using paddle tail swimbaits.

 

Went to brown town on the Colorado this weekend. Salmon Fly hatch was happenin'

 

I was pretty excited, as you can see, about this guy. My wife's cousin could not get interest out of it. He's loves to win, and is a betting man. I told him I'd get the fish, I just wish I would have bet on it Well the picture tells the rest of the story.

we have their cousin Northern Pike that are fun to catch...I'd like to catch a muskie someday as well.

 

they say their the fish of 10,000 casts but if it takes you that long to catch one your doing something wrong

It was in past the barb. I cut loose and fished all day with it in. When I got home I took a shot of MM (Makers Mark)

Then yanked it out with a piece of thread. The hazards of catching live bait.
