Big bulls are a lot of fun. Had the chance to catch some in SC many years ago.

What’s worse than losing your fish trying to land it? Losing someone else’s... neighbor had a big keeper striper on last night but no net. Went to land it for him and the fucker pulled right into the only rock there

I love when my buddies lose fish. They are RELENTLESSLY ridiculed until someone loses a bigger one. Sucks whem you're trying to help i suppose. Had a few eveade the net in those situations. Nothing buying the beer next time out wont fix!

Losing a Favorite lure sucks, losing a Favorite lure when a fish strikes is even worse. I dont know what I would do if I lost a fish my wife caught...she'd prob throw me over the boat! ;)

The absolute worst is going to make a long cast and the line gets wrapped up around the tip. That crack as either you line or the knot snaps and you watch your lure sail off into the horizon.

Got a couple big ones up on Mille Lacs over the last couple days. Caught this one with my co-worker on tuesdsay. Weighed 4.8lbs and was 20" long. They are so much fun this time of year.

Just about lost this one when my buddy went to net it for me. It was in the net then decided to make one last run before he could make the scoop. Flopped out of the net and I just knew it was gone. Luckily, she REALLY wanted that dry fly and it was gonna be hard to get loose. Around 20”, I would guess. Didn’t have my tape on me. Nothing gigantic, but she was fun on the fly rod.

I'm not a muskie guy, but I know there are some giants in that lake.

Thanks, I kind of got an idea on tuesday when we fished that area for a while. I only got two there and they came in the same depth range. I started in that depth on wednesday bouncing around to different waypoints from previous catches. I caught a fish at almost every single one of the old waypoints, and added a few new ones.
