lol I guess no one wants to play. I guess its for the best because It would only make me jealous. I have to share my garage with a bunch of other people so I don't get to organize things the way I would like. Infact I'm fighting to keep some of the space I have. Good luck with your quest.

Mines 30x40, two doors on the front, one 8'w, one 10'w. Also a 10'w door on the back. It's got a wall seperating it at 25' to the front, 15' to the back, with a man door. I'm debating taking the wall out so I can get all 3 rigs in.. Ill get pics tomorrow, even though it's a big time mess...

And here's my garage. I don't have a truck. If I did, I would have had to lay this out differently. But there might be some useful ideas for you here.

A lot about how you put it together will depend on what you're going to be doing in it. I do some carpentry, some metal fab and a fair amount of car work in my garage. Since the garage is only 20x22, I gave up one of the parking spaces for a more functional setup.

Every garage should have a workbench. Or two. Or ten.

    closein_615e76a21d150b86a9018f7b42d72338710a94e0.jpg

Two fold-down from the wall where the car is parked.

One is hydraulically raised and comes up out of the floor:

    cleanupbz_dd542b04d5fe74106fec7eff1aae321a4f9445a9.jpg

It also works pretty well as a lift for my rear-engine track car:

Here's a video about the lift.

    15201112_e7c6b0946903d511a78d480d1b3ba4f23b205da0.jpg

Everything in the garage is home-made, repurposed or second-hand. I did all the work myself, including laying the tile and installing the lift. The total budget for the flooring, cabinets, benches and lift was $3,500. (I found the lift on ebay for $455, and put another $215 into tool rental, concrete and tiles.)

    newdrawers3_debb097f45e1e5342983133c46c52aa232a38862.jpg

And if that isn't enough over-documentation,

here's the video about the garage.

And while I know it looks all girly and clean in the pictures, it's a working garage that gets plenty messy:
