    anyone know how to hookup the wire to the ebrake? if not anyone know how to bypass it

    Just installed the same unit this weekend, which replaced a Sony. The difference in sound quality is AMAZING. The Sony had not been separating the left and right stereo channels. What a difference that makes!

    One caveat is that the KIV 700 does not support older iPods (4th gen) with the included cables; there is another kit that supposedly works.

    7th gen iPod works great however, and you can split the USB input with a hub, 3 ways.
