Hit the Demo Forest again today. What a great day to ride. Started out a bit chilly as the fog blanketed the place. Soon, the fog turned to sunshine. Overall, a pretty nice ride today.

Stopped at the Summit store for lunch. If you're in the hood, the food doesn't suck and today's choices included several different chicken selections, ribs, mac and cheese, veggies, tamales, and a few other goodies. They sell it by the pound ;)

The have a selection of premade sammiches and of course, you can wait for made to order too.

Just picked this up the other day. Not the TOP model but good enough for me being that this is my first mountain bike. I love it 2012 GT Avalanche.

Would that work on a command post? When I try to add to cart, it says call for info... I am guessing Specialized has those on lock-down as far as shipping goes...

Some shit I got on craigslist
Sadly I do not have the sort of cash/time laying around for a serious mountain bike, but I picked up a new bike this past weekend. Its a redline monocog SS 29er (cue the flaming). I rode about 15 miles of trails Saturday and this thing absolutely mauled everything. The rigid design clearly isnt for everyone, and I wouldnt want to do any huge climbs on one speed, but for the trails in my area it was great. I've never ridden a 29er before and I really like it; it rolls over anything, and the steel frame on the monocog feels bombproof. I rode BMX as a kid and this bike really brings me back to those times. All-in-all I am pretty stoke on my purchase ($240 on CL); if anyone wants to ride Patapsco with me sometime lmk.
