My 7yo son on his new 29er (proportionately speaking). Marin Bayview Trail 24er that I've had NIB setting out in my garage for a year and a half waiting for him to be big enough (although I like him little:)).
He's ridden it every day since we put it together last weekend.
It's actually lighter than his Trek 20" wheeled bike with rear shifter and rigid fork.

Nope. I sold it about 2 months ago. Im in a 2012 Jetta now. monthly payments and my fuel consumption were both cut in half.

I miss my truck but I like not being broke.

TDI is the way to go if you have longer commutes. I just got the 2.5l as it was priced right for me. Im trying my hardest to stay away from the jetta forums so I dont blow any more money!

Ill post up a pic once I get the rack installed and my bike up on top

Trek just announced they are entering the 650b market with the Remedy and the Slash. Interesting. Is the 26" wheel going to go the way of the Dodo?

i saw that, i need to ride a 650b. i loved 29er up until last weekend. I tried the remedy 29 at a bike park on a jump line then i used my 26" fuel ex8 and my ex8 was wayyyy more fun. after that i know im not going to get a 29er as my only bike. 650b might be a good compromise though for a do it all park/AM/trail bike. especially the slash and remedy
