    Yeah.
Yeah, all the trails around here are mixed use, but we have way better sight lines. All it takes is one good accident, and non-bikers get all crazy about allowing bikes on the trails. The good thing is that there is a strong MTB community here, and for the most part people follow proper etiquette.

Probably our best and fastest-growing trail system also allows horses, and for the most part we are nice to each other, but the horse riders don't seem to care about wet trails even though there are signs. All of the new trails have been built by the MTB community, and we also reroute the ones that are poorly placed and eroding, but the horses go in and tear it up. And then they complain when we have the annual race there and close off one side of the park for half a day. There is a whole other side to the park that they can use and where people don't ride bikes, but I guess they want to ride the nice new trails that we built.

There's an awesome new trail really close by that isn't quite finished yet, an out and back for now that ends at the top of a bluff at a place they are currently clearing for a dang horse trailer parking lot. And the MTBers are the ones that designed and built the trail!

    Yep, it's a 650b. It's a Santa Cruz - Bronson, love this thing.

Can't go wrong with Santa Cruz. The 5010 is a sweet bike, would have gone for it, but I wanted a little more travel. Have been very happy with my Bronson.

I've talked to a few guys with the Bronson and they really like it. I do a mix of climbing and downhill so I need a one bike quiver. I want to try the enduro 29.

Picked this up less than 2 weeks ago.
I rode a Bronson, an Intense and a Specialized - it was close, but I went with this.

Those are cool bikes. I rode an Ibis Mojo, Pivot's, Yeti's and decided on the Bronson. Very, very happy with it!

I think you'd be hard pressed to go wrong with any of those high end bikes though.

Exactly - I would be happy on any of those bikes, but I happened to find the Mojo used (only slightly!) with a parts pick that I like, and a decent price. For a while I was dead set on the Bronson. Went into a shop in Scottsdale that is a Santa Cruz dealer, but the guy didn't seem to take me seriously or something and I wound up leaving.

I've been having soooo much fun on the Mojo! Can't wait for cooler weather here in PHX.

    I ride my dad's 1999 Trek 810. It's pretty simple but I think that's better. 8f80185fa02c983982d23707d23399fe_9647cac5dc278a8b646e564d1cd94132667745ff.jpg
