Beautiful rig. Heard good things about the YT bikes. Direct to consumer model seems to work.

Oh man, I really can't say enough about how great the YT is. It does everything extremely well, and for the price simply cannot be beat. My previous trail bike was great, a fully custom yeti sb66c with a pike and a ccdb air with cs, and this yt puts that bike to shame.

I ride an sb66 with ccdb and fox 36 and love that bike. Kind of half ass looking for another bike to add. So that yt is that much better. I may have to research them a little better

I can honestly say yes. Climbs better and feels way more stable and planted going downhill. I saw that you mentioned that you ride Bootleg a lot, and I ride similar trails here in Phoenix. That YT just eats everything up with ease. I absolutely loved my sb66c, was a great bike so I knew it'd take something special to get me to upgrade, and the YT did just that. And again, for the price, kind of hard to beat.

I'll be heading your way in a few weeks to get some practice in at bootleg before the winter gravity series

For the tech climbs, the yt is hands down above the yeti too, I kind myself clearing things I was never able to on the yeti.

We are doing a skills clinic there on January 2nd.

    Nope, I'll be a student.

They are definitely worth taking a good hard look at. And they have a build in their 2016 lineup that comes with the new lyric for under 5k

OK cool. Well maybe I can ride with you that weekend I'm off Sundays and Mondays. I will look into them. I like the lyric it's a good fork. I built my yeti selected all my components so tough to find a complete bike that has what I want.

    For sure!

I will say that YT has done a hell of a job selecting some great components. I changed a few things, the the bike is mostly stock. Been really happy with the Monarch+ over the ccdba too. I like how easy it is to set up and ride. The dB is great once you get it tuned right, just a matter of how long it takes to get to that point.

As for my dh bike, I selected every component on there, last piece of the puzzle is a fox x2 air going on this week. Should bring her in at about 31.5 pounds!

Cool let me know when it gets closer. Sounds like the YT has a great platform if that monarch feels better the cane creek.

I just picked up this guy, updated Jekyll from a friend. few upgrades like XX1 and such.

which means that my old Jekyll is for sale if anyone is interested.

2013 Carbon Cannondale Jekyll 26" sz large frame with custom parts list.
    Rockshox Lyric fork
    DT Swiss EX 1750 wheelset
    Hollowgram SL cranks
AbsoluteBLACK spiderless Chainring (30t I think?)
    XO brakes and derailleur
Rockshox Reverb dropper post, has 1/4" of sag could try bleeding

it's an awesome trail brake and has the travel adjust on the rear shock for independent adjustment of two chambers, one for climbing and one for descending. it's in the Jekyll MX colorway which was an aluminum only bike, but this one's carbon so it's a bit unique/rare. frame alone retail price was $3,200 when new. I'm asking $1,700 for the bike

Check the air pressure on your Reverb first before bleeding.

I see it's a 1st gen Reverb. SRAM was swapping those out for second gens. The new owner would probably be able to get a new one if a bleed out air pressure adjustment doesn't do the trick.

    Yeah.
Man, lots of bike porn in here lately, nice rides! Still loving the Stache, seem to always pick it over the carbon FS. Don't go ride one unless you are ready to buy one. Traction on just about anything but loose leaves at 13 psi tubeless, 26 pounds, every gear you'll ever need. Great weekend weather in the midwest, got out and bashed a rotor on a rock.
