What exactly is that??.......I’ll actually be selling my 16 Process 111 frame......I just upgraded into an 18 model. I found another great deal on pinkbike so I said fuck it. I’ll be throwing my 16 up for sale as soon as I get my parts swapped over.

Cool deal. It’s a largr can and difference routing of compression Sram came up with. Came with bands for tuning. Really helps on the small roots and bumps. Check it out.

I changed the seat to something more comfortable and added the front brake other than that it all came boxed from planet bmx.

Tube question: I’m going through an older bike we have deep in our bike dungeon to loan to our nephew’s son. It has 26x2.1 tires and the front valvestem (Schroeder) came off when I clamped the inflator on it. I have a bunch of new unused 26x1.0/1.15 tubes ... would these be OK in the 2.1 tire for some light use (the kid probably weighs less than 110 pounds)? I hate to buy more 26” tubes when I have these lying around as our 26” bikes are rarely used.

Should be fine. Considering I've put 26" in 29" wheels in a pinch on the trail, then forgot about them for 3 months with no problem, you're good.

I’ll let you know how it went today. But I will say that if you inflate a tube outside the tire, the overall diameter expands a lot, so 24-26-27.5-29 doesn’t seem important. But stretching out the 1.1 to 2.1 section diameter of the tube, especially around the valve stem, is quite a lot ... so we’ll see how it goes.

    Yeah.
I'd be more concerned about the age of the tubes. If they've been sitting around for years, check them for dry rot, usually around the creases where they were folded.

Yeah, these tubes were at least 15 years old but kept in the original boxes indoors and looked OK. They held up for a sedate 10 mile ride :)

Cheap fork probs.. noticed some drips on the garage floor, remove bolt and find four washers supposedly "sealing out" the oil? I'm assuming this is not normal?

    Yeah.
Not sure what you mean "sealing out." Were all 4 washers under that bolt? Doesn't look like the bolt head would even hold them. Most forks have a small crush washer under that bolt. I'd see if I could find a small nylon washer that fits snug around the bolt and button it up with that. If it hasn't lost a lot oil, you should be fine. Looks like Fox green, you can order some online and add a little if you want, but they usually take a specific amount and you don't want to overfill.

I only lost a little bit, it was basically weeping from the bottom bolt, only a couple drops per night. I ended up cleaning off the bolt with acetone and adding some teflon tape to the threads, so far so good but if it comes back I'll have to see what the deal is with all these damn washers, and try to replace it with just one nylon or crush washer. You are correct, the four washers were under the bolt.

I missed it, what brand and model fork is that? It seems odd that it's a plain bolt. There's usually a stud, crush washer and nut at the bottom.
