Buketiresdirect.com is having a 25% of maxxis tires going on through october.

 

Here are the 2.6’s in 27.5 if anyone is interested.... I’ll let them go cheap.
As you can see, they are new.

 

I also have a set of WTB Trailblazers in 2.8 for a 27.5 as well. Same as above 1 ride on them approximately 10 miles or so. Cheap, if anyone is interested.

 

I haven't, to be honest. Mine is a 2016 where yours is a 2017. I believe the 2017s have a different rear swingarm that allows them to take wider tires in the rear. Not sure I would have enough clearance but will look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't stop anywhere around anyone and I'm not listening to any boombox, It's a tiny speaker you can't hear beyond the front or back tire of the bike. I don't wear headphones riding because you can't hear other people that may want to pass

 

As far as I know, they are identical. In fact, I had a 16 that I sold to someone here. I only upgraded to a 17 because this was near new when I got it and got the guy to come down on his price. If you google “Kona Process 111 27.5” you’ll see an article of the guy that did it first. That’s where I got my specs from. His was a 2011 I believe.....it was a deep purple color.

 

Not confronting anyone, going about my business and leaving others to their own. I just stated things that are encountered and dealt with.

 

Not mad, going around going on my way enjoying the day. Annoyed and mad are 2 different things.

Na it was a deep deep like matte purple. I had a purple 16 too. This was an older year frame and the guy built it rode it and gave his reviews.

 

Well, I purchased a 2016 111 DL from a guy named JuanitoBunito back in Sept. 2018.

 

Lol..... ha ha oh your the guy that bought my frame!!!! When you said you were building it, I misunderstood and thought you meant you were the guy that wrote the article stating the conversion to a midfat 111

 

That's great. I don't care who speaks what language. I have given up trying to communicate with people walking and them moving in front of you no matter if you say right or left or not hearing because of headphones, I just go way around so it doesn't matter which way I'm going and that isn't any certain people either. Everyone just goes their own way. I hear plenty of other people's music playing on their phones when I pass them so yeah "blarin" isn't so blarin with a tiny speaker hanging from my camelbak right below my chin in front and I don't ride singletrack with music, it's a local thing where it's just freeriding thru the grassy hills nowhere near where people are. Not doing anything to ruin anyone else's day.

Haha...gotcha. I'm going to look up that midfat 111 for sure. Sounds interesting.
