I mounted a carrier today. Used holes that were on the bedside so I didn't have to drill anything. I think it will work out great. Can hold 2 bikes easily.

Got new tires today too! Cleaned it up good. Going to a new spot on Monday.
Sorry about the way the picture is. My phone send it to my computer funny.

Heres my rig. Oldie, but she still works. Just replaced the fork this year. Need to change out the spring inside cause it's way too soft though. Had to change brakes and a few other things as well. It's about 12 years old. Mostly all deore components (prob. garbage by todays standard). I really wish I had the funds for a nice bike like some posted here....but I am poor :( spent all my money on the Silver bike lol.

Plus, it's all FLAT here. So, I am stuck doing mostly CC riding. AKA, I never stop pedaling. Trying to get the endurance back so I can try some long trails around here and ride with my friends that race. It's hard to find though!

Trek bought Fisher in 93...Bontrager and Klein in 95. Trek ceased producing Kleins in 05. Quit making Bontrager frames in the late 90s. The Gary Fisher collection is Trek's way of streamlining marketing and keeping everything on one website. Fisher bikes do have different geometry, and the 29ers are FAST.

I want to get a newer FS in the future. Do you guys think it's worth upfrading the suspenion to fox on this? Anyone know if they sell an aftermarket rear shock for this bike? Thanks.

Had the same fork on my Raleigh. Only lasted 5 years before they took a shit. I would get new ones. I can't believe they still work from 1994. My Raleigh is a 96.
