Once I complete my 72 chevelle build I would love to get my hands on a 69 Camaro. I've always wanted one.

Here's mine, just got it. It's a 1972 Malibu SS "tribute". Currently has a mostly stock 350. I am currently planning a fairly mild build of the engine and a gear change (maybe 3:50-3:73) with hopes of a low 14 second 1/4 time. In the past I had a 1971 that ran 12's but was kind of a p.i.a. to drive specially for my wife, want to avoid that, haha.[IMG]

I hope no one minds if I revive an old thread but I'm new here and a car guy from way back.

Here for your viewing pleasure are a few pics of my muscle car, a 1967 GTO ragtop. I have had this car a little over 30 years now. I bought it in '84 when I became nostalgic for my first car, a '66 Tempest I had in high school.

She gets her power from a '69 Pontiac 400, bored .035 over and with a stroker crank for a total of 462 ci. It's got an HO Racing cam, Kauffman aluminum heads, headers, a highly modified stock intake, and a Qjet carb.

It's been lowered about 2 inches and has F-body front spindles with disc brakes and a steering gear from an '87 Grand National for nice tight handling.

She's painted her factory color. Yes, its fathom blue.:)

Five years old but I must confess nothing caught my attention while scrolling through the thread until I saw your Bronco. It is beautiful! Guess that proves I'm much more of a truck guy than a car guy.

I've had this for 21 years. Was 318, replaced with a 360 Magnum with Magnum R/T heads and hydraulic roller cam. Keep putting off replacing the 727 and 3.23s with a Tremec 5-speed and 3.91s. And my trusty 5-lug by her side.
