theres a slight difference from front to rear. i wanna say about a half an inch or so... not much.. I love the solo hi clearance hitch gate by the way! i will be getting pelfreybilt HC rear and front bumpers next. so.. i'm gonna be attaching the solo hitch gate to that as well.

I think I did a fairly nice job keeping the factory weatherstripping. Here's the method I used.

Laid out painters tape along side the factory weatherstripping. Removed weatherstripping. Made a sharpie mark on each of the factory bolt holes to make the next step easier. Using my eyeballs I made a mark on the tape next to each bolt hole. Reinstalled weatherstripping. Using a paint pen I marked each bolt hole (from the tape laid next to it) on the top surface of the weatherstripping.

Now that the weatherstripping is marked with each bolt hole I brought it all inside. Flipped the weatherstripping over and using a pair of flush cut dikes I cut the rubber a half inch on each side of every mark. Then using a pair of straight sheetmetal shears I snipped the metal core inside the weatherstripping. Using a rusty razor blade I removed the section that I cut. That leaves a pretty flat section for you to punch out.

I used a 3/4" hole punch and a hammer to punch out the rubber.

Will post some pics within a day or two.

Items used: Painters tape, Sharpie, Paint Pen, Flush Cut Dikes, Straight Sheetmetal Shears, 3/4" Punch, Hammer, Rusty Razor!

sure it can work, but keep in mind cargo boxes come in an assortment of attachment styles...

Haha I don’t really know if I’m gonna do much more to it so I didn’t know if i wanted to start a new build page for it lol. I’ve just been posting stuff about it in my trucks build thread.

I’d like to build a set of sliders for it and throw a small lift on it but that’ll probably do it

Line-X, LED Gauges, Bluetooth Stereo, TracRac, OME 2.5 Lift, Relentless Fab rear bumper, Shrockworks front. Bleh. So much good stuff.
I want to get one of these but I'm a little worried about drilling the holes on the roof. How does everyone feel about the ability to keep the water out? Is it a solid stress free product from that standpoint?

If you add enough silicone you’ll be fine. I’ve had mine for 3+ years and no issues yet
