    Did you by chance have this wheel/tire combo pre-lift? Also, do you have a matching spare in the factory location?

    This is a size I'm considering myself and I have heard that size tire will fit on a stock height 3rd gen with TRD OR wheels.

    Found a set of 16” Tundra steelies to put on my 99 regular cab. They were pretty scratched and had surface rust so I cleaned them up and hit them with Duplicolor Silver. Going to find some 235/85/16s and throw them on. Will update with photos once it’s on the truck.

    Other than the FJC wheels being 17 is there any benefit to them? I dig the 16 hole steelies and want to do that with my truck since I am in the market for new tires but not sure if worth it to pay extra for 17” wheels when I can hunt for 16s easily

    Those are hard to find. IMO I would pay whatever I had to so they'd fit. On my 2nd gen I didn't need spacers or anything.

    Other than FJ's is there a 17 inch 16 hole OEM black steel wheel option? All I am seeing is 16 inch or 18 inch in the 16 hole OEM.

    You should not need spacers. I mean check the backspacing / offset, but almost positive you would not need them.
