Just cosmetic: Window Tint, radio knobs, temp control knobs, Tech-Deck, Tonneau bed cover, tail gate lock, de-chromed all badges inside and out, installed back up camera and custom bedside decals.
I made some bedside decals for a co-worker of mine that is a semi-pro fisherman here in Oklahoma. They were for his GMC.

Well, I ordered this retro sticker and I kinda don't have any room for it on the back window lol. I've started putting them in the bed, but this one was more worthy of that, so I thought this was a cool location :D

Got a couple of big ol' stickers on the doors from the dirt rave this past year.

Here's the older truck from a previous year with "urban camouflage" stickers.

Pretty good this year. The weather was fantastic, the art was plentiful, and I was able to drive my rig for work there. It's a bizarre place and worth the effort in attending if that version of craziness seems appealing. All sort of folks participate and I'd shy away from the extreme rumors that you might hear about.

Wife hates it that’s why she has her own vehicle lol that’s what I tell her anyway. If you have too many stickers on your back glass you fail our safety check. And yes I’m dead serious.

Dang, well here in Florida, we don't have vehicle inspections anymore, ended in the 80's I think lol. But that just means we have some POS's driving around lol!

Oh yea we still have a lot of POS’s running around too. I see cars that haven’t been inspected since as far back as 2011. Insurance is part of it, so if I see a crazy expired safety I drive away from them quick.
