we were definetly not prepared for it. there were trucks jacknifed everywhere and some people were stuck in a back up for 20+ hours..

Damn! I was in Arkansas for work 6 years ago or so, it was January and they got like an inch of snow....everyone was making fun of me because I was cold.....(I didn't bring a winter jacket) they were saying "You're from Canada, this is how it is all year, right?".....hahah :D

Hey Sweet! Another Tacoma with dogs! I wonder if there is a thread for pics of our trucks with our dogs....

edit: Welcome to TW by the way. ;)

Thanks for the complements on the Taco and my Akitas! A TacoPet thread would be cool. I was even playiing with the idea of a Tacoma PhotoShop thread for those of us who "shop around"... something kinda, well for lack of a better word, artsy! Like this...

Lets not derail this thread though, it deserves a thread of its own! I will start both, so please join the fun!

Best I've got. Driving home from SD-CO road trip there was a good amount of snow in Utah. Truck handled well considering I didn't know what I was doing.

Here are some snow flexing pics. :) We've had a couple inches of the last few days-the first measurable snow fall here in Harrodsburg, KY. The stock Rugged Fails suck-even in 2" of snow  I can't wait until these are worn out and I pick up some Duratrac's!

And the ABS almost caused me not to stop before hitting the trees while going down a steep section on our property. I had to hit the E-brake to get some snow packed up in front of the tires. ABS needs to automatically shut down in 4lo with or w/o the locker engaged...
