    So far I really like them, they are a little louder then the factory tires but they were highway tires not ATs. These are almost a mud terrain tread. I don't care for the KO2s, I know almost everybody on this forum loves them and if you love them great! I had the old BFG ATs on the 1993, Z71 they were not worth a damn on snow, ice or mud they just loaded up and didn't clean out. I was looking at the duratracs because I wanted a C rated tire not a big choice with 16" rims, saw these on the web they looked good, had good reviews and great snow and ice rating. I purchased them on line for $158.00 a tire plus tax and picked them up the same day at the store. I live in MO too so you know how the winters can be. This is the first set I have owned so only time will tell. Hope I've answered your question.

    Not much?! haha how long did it take volk to produce these? They look great on the Tacoma. I wanted them for my STI but could never justify the price

    I have been looking at the duratracs also. For the price the authoritys don't look bad. I've heard they are loud. I can't see paying over $100 more/tire for a name. Right now I have Nitto trail grapplers. They came on the truck and are my first ever mud tire.

    I haven't had them long enough to say they are really loud, I would not think they would be any louder then the different MTs I've had before on different trucks. A little road noise is expected but what is loud is different for everyone. Some people think a truck should ride and be quite as a luxury car!
