I am in Maryland. Not real close but not real far. Equipment available to do this. My schedule can be a little crazy but I may be able to help a Tacoma brother out. (I travel a lot for work) Sounds like a weekend project.

    PM if interested.

I would choose a different style roll bar. This is what mine looks like. May not be your style though.

I checked a local shop he quoted me $280 and 3 hours to do it. I said I could buy a new bar for cheaper than that.

is there any way you could have the support bars, the ones that come off the back,
mount to the top side of the sidewalls. that way you would not be loosing so much of your bed space. if you ever have to go to lowes and get some 4x8 plywood, your
going to have to rig it in there beverly hillbillies style, b/c of that light bar.

So I went and saw Shadowfalkin today and he was able to help me fabricate the stuff. He is extremely smart and was able to do it all in about 5 hours total. Still got some more work to do on it but just drilling. I should have it mounted soon. Here are the pics. Thanks again Shadowfalkin.

What kind of paint did you end up using?

I would like to see how those rear brace mounts ended up after you got them mounted at the D-rings too! Get busy! LOL.

Thanks for your patience while I worked through the mods. If you want to do something in the future with the cross bar, let me know.

    Fun stuff.

Will do thanks again. I just used Satin Black enamel spray paint that was in my garage after adding a thick coat of rust neutralizer. Then topped it with clear. I will post pics once its up. Raining today. Probably get-r-done tomorrow or thursday.
