I do like the quality of some of the Forest River trailers. Check out the FR Vibe "Extreme Lite" 208RD. It has an unloaded weight of ~4250. The issue I focus on is the bathroom/shower. I can modify/fix factory issues to make things better, but if there isnt enough headroom for me to stand up in the shower I'll pass on it. I also prefer not to have a trailer that has tin roof walls, and a 1 piece roof is nice.
I also looked at the Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106DS, but again the shower was small and the dump pipes would have to be raised so they dont break off if you drive over a small grain of sand.

LOL no. I was running up the 99 from Bakersfield. Ran into another taco pulling a Casita in Tehachapi last night. It was cool comparing notes.

This has been our ride for the summer. We have taken it out through Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. Pulls good, slower up the long hills but not bad at all. Weighs around 3500lbs dry and is 17ft long.

Nice. I'm looking and contemplating a used version of this rig (2017) but the non-baha version. How do you like the set up with the bathroom in the middle? Do you find the front bed a PITA that its up against the wall? Do you need mirror extensions/is the trailer narrower than most? Any concerns of single axle over double axle?
Looking for a pretty lightweight trailer with a full bed that we can use for a few weeks at a time, but also my elderly parents could take and use also (hence the bed question/ease of access of older folks).
Thanks! I did read your earlier comments in the thread (thanks for the replies to others).
    Cheers.

Took this pic yesterday of two guys changing a flat tire on a Tacoma, carrying half a Tacoma (with frame), towing a Tacoma, carrying half a Tacoma. Bicycles added to the top in case they needed to abandon it all. Ballsy.truck.jpg

Casita Spirit Deluxe 16. I'd suggest getting a 17, they have larger water tanks, fridge, and are a bit taller.

I saw a ton of that going west to east down in the southwest (AZ, NM, etc.) when I went though. Always Toyotas it seemed.
