How far are you towing that? Isn't it a little more that 4,500lbs dry?

This was what I had behind the Tacoma today. I only did half a cord because the axle on the trailer is only a 3500lb with it being hard wood and really wet I’d say it was close to 2500 pounds of wood. It handled great. 0FD6353D-52FA-40FC-8E74-56A73430421B.jpg

I really like the trailer. it came with a mount for a Furrion camera. I bought the camera and monitor, It works pretty good and makes it easier to back up the trailer.

I have a E2 weight distribution hitch. Dual 6 volt batteries on the trailer.
    https://www.fastwaytrailer.com/e2-hitch

The Truck pulls it good, I use ECT mode and put it in 4th gear. I just do the speed limit when pulling any trailer. It keeps speed good, I also don't use cruise control when pulling the trailer. I have a double cab long box and was impressed that I didn't have any sway. I also have the Tekonsha P3 brake controller, from the reviews I have read on it. It is the best.

I am also interested in the Ovtune for the Truck. Everyone always wants more power.

You can buy higher speed rated trailer tires. "ST" prefix designates a trailer tire https://www.etrailer.com/question-217824.html.

But...just because you can tow with higher rated tires, doesn't mean you should.

Thinking about getting a trailer it's 23ft 4200lbs dry weight. I have a 2015 Tacoma trd off-road gonna have trail vrabra also. My truck weighs about 6k it has front and rear bumper with full skid plates winch. Also I'm on 37s tires. But it has also been released to 4.88s I also upgraded my bbrakess to the 4runner calipers and rotors. It's vigger then the Tacoma ones.

I also have icons 2.5 suspebsion front and rear with 700lb sorings in the front. I have Dakar leaf packs with the added leaf on it.

Would I be fine towing it? Here's a picture of my truck and the trailer.

In my opinion... If you got a brake controller, air up your tire and keep it out of overdrive, your cooling.

This is about the size of the trailer we're getting. You feel pretty solid towing it? What distances have you gone with it?
