Made a little collage of the toys I tow on a regular basis. Know your weight limit and play within it. Love this truck.

Grabbed the yearly supply of pine shavings for the barn... total including trailer is 5,200 lbs. Very happy with how easy it was, trailer towed fine, surge brakes were much better than expected.. I just hung out in S4 with ECT on going 50mph averaged 15.1mpg for the trip (must have had a tailwind).. Normally we'd just take half pallets in back of pickup but that took a lot more time and in my opinion much harsher on the truck due to the payload.

I pull my 6x12 regularly, have yet to try the car hauler loaded. It pulled it home from the trailer sales place great tho. It usually stays hooked up to my other truck. 7DE2F82F-71DA-41CF-B953-83A6918D56A4.jpg FEDDFC6F-7184-489A-9B67-7AFBD5BFF007.jpg

It is stored for now, but it's a 23bh something a 2008 Prowler and the registrations tell 3400 pounds. The scale shows 4300 when the tanks are all empty with the stock we leave inthere for the season, maybe 100 pounds ?

Usually it’s my dad’s car 16ft. Car trailer. Here’s towing it with my old 2000 Xtra cab 5 speed and my current 2004 double cab auto, both supercharged.

Hopefully getting ready to supercharger my 15 DCSB. Have you noticed a big difference in towing with the supercharger??

night and day. It makes a huge difference on a 3.4. My dad tows that same trailer with a 14 Tacoma DCLB and it does great, and we’re in Colorado, so we’re at a mile above sea level give or take a couple hundred feet

Have hauled all sorts of landscape supplies with it and has pulled really well. Try not to go over the 5000 lb limit. Getting new leafs and shocks installed at the end of the month. Heavy duty Dakar’s and Bilstein 5100s all around.

Towed a tractor home today I bought from a friend. Parked in the ditch so we could push it on the trailer.

New 5100’s all around with the fronts at 2.5 and new OME Heavy Duty leaf pack on the rear. Ride is much better than stock with and with out the trailer. Pulls a lot better with much less sag. First photo trailer is loaded with fencing lumber, concrete bags, and tools, and in the second image is loaded almost identical to the photo I recently posted in this thread.

Not to be critical, but I tow a few trailers including one very similar. You really should drop your hitch and level out the trailer. I picked up a really nice adjustable one at etrailer. Saves a lot of time adjusting drops/ball sizes. Also had a neat tongue scale. Tells you your tongue weight and you can distribute the weight in your trailer accordingly. Your pic makes me want to lift mine a tickle.

Yes I was thinking the same think, planning on getting a drop hitch this week. I’ll have to look into that hitch you are talking about because that would help a lot having the scale. Which one did you buy? Super happy with the way the heavy duty springs handle the weight of the trailer.
