New 6.5x10 with 3500 pound axle. Ordered some flush mount tie downs for the floor. Closed end lug nuts. And having a spare tire mount welded up Monday. Gonna stain the deck Monday as well.

Trailer updates. Stained the floor with Thompson water seal. Installed 4 flush tie downs. Harbor freight tongue box. And had a buddy fab up and weld on a spare tire mount. Still waiting for closed end lug nuts and tail light boxes to come in. Turned out pretty nice

    Looks great.
Is that the regular Thompson water seal, or colored?
I need to do this to my trailer.

Lol ugh it was actually called mahogany, supposed to be a dark stain almost black. Apparently my 15 minutes of shaking didn’t mix the can up at all, so 3/4 of the can was this color, the rest which I used on another project was black like it was supposed to be. So I’d have lowes or who ever you buy from put it in the paint shaker to mix it.

7x18 Lamar car hauler. I added E track strips to both side and will be build stake sides as well. Switched the steel black 15x5 wheels for a set of old school aluminum American Racing 15x7 wheels (less rolling mass, stronger, wider and more visible for other drivers as well as myself). I'll be adding a 12k lb winch, just need to figure out which battery to run.

I towed this 04 ranger frame from Franklin GA to southern Maine. Ended up being just shy of 1300 miles.

    4cyl 5 spd. I have a Cai,lce header,tooters spacer and a flowmaster exhaust.

Once I got used to pulling it, the truck never knew it was there until we hit steep inclines. Was able to keep it around 75mph for the majority of 85n.

The trailer weighs 2200lbs and the frame is anyway between 800-1000, but I'd be willing to bet it's less than that.

The whole trip took 24 hours with 3.5 of those to sleep and about a half hour for gas stops

Picked up our new '20 Flagstaff E-Pro 19FD. About 3,000 lbs empty, only 7'4 wide and ~10' tall. In my 90 minute drive home, my mileage went up quite a bit obviously - I think maybe because the dealer didn't have enough pressure in the tires. But it felt not too bad to pull. I have installed since then an anti-sway bar to assist the on-board electronic sway control in the truck. Acceleration was quite a bit better than I thought it would be... overall, very happy. The mirrors I got - the passenger side cannot see anything, but the drivers side is good enough to see behind the trailer; I think because the canopy adds another 2 inches to that side...

Cannot wait to get out on the open road and put it to use.

Ah... sorry, I'm a metric Cannuck... My "mileage" (because " kilometreage" sounds dumb) went from 11 L/100 to 16 L/100. up. More gas per km driven.

Converted to MPG that 21 "down" to 14.5...
