Its only an 18ft. It will fit 2 quads, but one has to stand up. Its 3820 dry.

Our 24' will fit our 2- TRX450Rs and a Rincon 650 with plenty of room to spare. I think its about 5000 dry, and has a max axle rating of 7500lbs. If it had heavier axles under it(and a 3/4ton diesel to pull it) we could probably get 4-6 quads inside it by standing them up. I personally don't like standing quads for transport as it shifts all the fluids on the bike and you have to make sure the gas tanks are empty, or almost empty at least, so that it doesnt come out the breather tube.

I normally put one in the bed. When i had my 05 4Runner, I had to stand them up. I found out that you have to drain the fuel in a Honda 400ex. It spilled out of the breather. That made a fun weekend, since it smelled like gas for a day or so.

My 700 Raptor takes up more room, and its like a puzzle loading it now, since my generator is big.

I have tried to sell the trailer quite a few times, but have had no luck. I have used it twice in the past year. I had to put new tires on it in August since they were just destroyed from the weather.

I tow a 24' (28' tongue to tail) Star Stream. Weighs 5500 pounds ready to camp. It was a little bit squirley until I installed a ProPride pivot point projection hitch. Now's she's nice and steady.

A few for ya here.. This first one does not show the 4,000lb trailer stuck in the mud behind the truck. I was able to unstick the truck without the trailer, but.. whenever I tried pulling the trailer out.. it just Buried the rear wheels. 4wd would have been nice, as would better tires.

Here is the Camper after the mud was flying..

And here is the usual look..

I guess I don't have a picture, but after the Rear Spring TSB, the rear is level with the front when Towing.

It's a PJ 18', 10,400 lb. G.V.W.R., 6" Channel car hauler. I've hauled dozens of vehicles, a few tractors, 4 wheelers, and a bunch of misc. items and it hauls it all with ease. And only PJ (That I know of) has removable fenders; I can't stand using trailers without them anymore.
They also make a 7,000 lb. G.V.W.R. car hauler, in numerous lengths, that would be more than plenty for your Studebaker. It was about $1,000 less than the 10,400 lb. G.V.W.R. model. With the fluctuation in steel prices I couldn't even begin to tell you what they go for.
Either way, make sure you get brakes on both axles. Seriously, don't skimp the $250.

I just posted this question in the 'show us your boat' thread, thought this may get more attention.

I've been thinking of trading my 20' pontoon for a 32' pontoon houseboat:

It comes in at about 5,100 lbs inc trailer. Within the limits for the Taco, but it's a big boat - the wind resistance would be pretty bad I'm sure. What does anyone think? I'm kind of concerned about the yaw effect from the boat/trailer as it's so long.

5100lbs inc the trailer sounds kind of light for a 32'. i'm not to familiar with house boats though. How are are you looking to tow it? i probably wouldnt take it out on the highway on a windy day. especially if it sits up high
