Double tow is legal in some states, not many though.
This, in your picture, is ridiculous behind a Tacoma. Notice how the guy even has a cab on his bed. He is overloaded.

It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
I'd do it..I'd be more worried about burnin up the tranny even with a cooler..then breaking the rear axle or stressin the frame.

I'm not sure, but I think double towing is not allowed in Ontario.

I'd be worried about all of it. The truck is not made for this, brakes, frame, suspension, transmission, engine, everything.
Besides the Tacoma, I would be very, very worried about the Travel Trailer's Frame. What he has there is a light weight Hybrid, that trailers frame is not made to even carry a bicycle rack on the rear, LOL. Now he tows a jet ski. He will bend that frame and void any warranty, if he is lucky.

Youre an idiot if you double tow with this Tacoma. Its not wide, long, or heavy enough so the trailers will sway around. Good thing it's not legal in Washington State because I dont want to be driving next to the dumbass who thinks he can tow anything and everything with his little truck.

I hate to say it, but it looks like you are sagging badly even with the WDH. It's IMO not adjusted right, or there is simply too much weight. I would take a trip to the scales asap to find out what is going on there.

I think it was the weight of the gen set and gear in the bed that was causing it to sag (based on my numbers I still had some payload cushion left). I wish I would have taken a picture when I had the bed unloaded and was taking the trailer to dump the tanks. It sat level. But I do agree, I need to tweek my WDH to see if I can take somemore weight off the rear axle. When I set up the WDH initially, it was done with a totally empty trailer and truck. I need to do it with a full water tank and at least the gen set in the bed of the truck.

I agree, I'd measure and adjust everything fully loaded. Be careful not to over-adjust the Equalizer, though, you are only supposed to compensate to the trailer tongue.
    08TRDOFFROAD, do you have Timbrens?

I have to agree with the other comments. Your WD hitch should be adjusted a bit more. I had three bikes, two Honda EU2000 generators, two 5 gallon jugs of gasoline and an extra propane bottle in the back of my truck on my last trip which was across the country. I have a chain style WD hitch and dropped an extra link since my trailer was fully loaded as well. I was traveling by myself (my family was in another vehicle since we were moving across state lines) and I know I was maxed or near maxed on the rear end. My trailer is a lot bigger and heavier than yours and despite that my truck was almost perfectly level. I have an 05 with the origional springs before they released the three spring pack and the only other thing I have is the Roadmaster Active Suspension system. If you're going to tow a lot I would seriously look at making adjustments to the hitch and/or adding a helper spring or other to help with the sag.

While more truck and more power is a great answer; it doesn't always justify the extra expense if you only tow once a month. So... lets see what you tow or are you just a douchebag?
