This load looks front heavy because the tractor is at the front, but there are five implements on the trailer behind the tractor. It's a little nose heavy, nut not as bad as you would think & it pulled down the road nice. The trip home was about 125 miles.

My Truck towing my 2 buddies, their atv's (the yfz and the wolverine), myself, my girfriend, and my sportsman plus gear (air tank, etc.) The trailer is about 1500+ lbs. its a trailer for a skid-steer. the yfz and the wolverine is about 700 + or -. the sportsman is 700 lbs so plus gear and all its around the 3k mark. The tacoma had no trouble at all. Next week we're gonna try adding another person and a polaris scrambler. should be interesting :D

just throw new leafs and shocks on if all you carry for the most part is the cap. no need to get carried away with bags if you don't tow heavy loads. ;) just trying to save you some money.

I'm actually very pleased with how well mine tows. I towed my 325is home with it and then a few weeks later used it to deliver my Mustang to it's new owner.

    DSC_0723_330cdd981166b5c927098873286300a99e264d4b.jpg

Then a few weeks later I dragged this home to replace it.

I really need a trailer brake controller though. It tows fine but any emergency stopping would be pretty scary.

I don't post... ever, but i figured i'd post a pic of my first gen. A friend of mine is looking to downsize from his lifted super duty and wanted to see if a small truck could still haul his camping trailer. We were both pleasantly surprised at how well it did. We only ran it up to 50 MPH for a mile or two as we had no idea how it would handle. It complained a little on the hills but nothing too bad. I think i'll be installing a trailer brake controller before seriously hauling anything this large. By the way this is a 1972 22 ft. Prowler, still has the 8 track deck and everything:)

holy shit thats nuts. and that is where the big f250s and 2500s start to shine lol. also your truck is sitting very level. the balance on that thing must be almost 50/50...sort of surprising since ideally for towing you want a 60/40 split.
