the rubbing issues is a serious trial and error process. the cab mount chop certainly helps and BAMF has custom fit pieces that make the job super easy.

Oh yea! I ordered my Bamf plates. They are super beefy and look to be the perfect shape.

I just installed a set I ordered from Cali Raised just yesterday. They’re pretty awesome. That’s sweet you got the fab skills to build your own.

Not the same brand but any form of protection comes highly recommended.

Those look great! Thanks man. They still take time and money that's for sure. I can save a few bucks but designing them to look just the way I want will take me a while. plus adding some rock lights means I get to play with electrical which is always a blast.

Took the truck off road today. Had a blast. Almost rolled it which sucked. Also got my roof rack finished and mounted.

Looking at getting one of these. Could you could can you take some good pic of the inside of it and between the cab and cap? Also how hot does it get back there in the cap in the hot weather being it black. I can make my mind up on going with black or silver. Thanks Chuck

yep. Powder coated on the Sliders and Line X on the Top plate. 0 degrees. They tuck up nicely. I wanted to go 20 deg but with Little kids, the back kick out creates a nice step for them. Also nice for washing the roof of the car. For me, in the front, the slider kinda just gets in my way getting in and out of the driver seat but I am getting used to it. Install took quite a while and had to play around a lot to get the passenger side to bolt up straight. Driver side has a lot less bolts securing it, so I may drill and install some more, but they feel extremely solid overall.

the best part was ordering a quality slider and getting it delivered in about a month. Instead of 3 months.

    I’m very happy.
