    Friday I seen this puppy calling my name. It was on the back of a Ranger bass boat that was shrink wrapped (could not see boat)

    They are a blast on the fly... But it's hard to go back to fly fishing for 12" trout after fighting a 12lb striper! We usually get a great fall/winter topwater bite down here on Lake Lanier. Look for the gulls and loons eating the baitfish the stripers are pushing up, cast a clouser on an intermediate line, strip strip, and then hold on!

    My largest last year was around 26lb... Talk about a fight on an 8 weight!
