This is my boat 17 foot 200 Hp Phantom Sports Jet all aluminum just give me 16 inches of water and we good to go great for fishing in all kinds of weather handles well in rough water and wind only draw back is in this area Utah it is Hard to find a good place that will or even knows how to work on Jet Boats.

Thanks they actually more common with the bigger engines up north like Wyoming on the Snake river and Montana where ever there are a lot of Rivers to run

 

Just me in my 1983 17’ Clipper Craft Dory.
I pull it over the coastal range from Portland Oregon to the ocean with my 2000 Tacoma 5spd 2.7 4/4
I end up down shifting to third a couple times so it makes me wonder if it’s time to move on to bigger after finding out my Frame is toast?

2019 G3 Sportsman 1610 w/ 70hp Yammy, Humminbird Helix graphs on console and bow. Boat has been badass so far Love gettin after them white perch here in central Louisiana.

The 2.7 5 speed does great with it, too

Those are pretty much all you see up here in Alaska until you get to the ocean. Practically the only way to get around in the summer is on a good boat going up a river.

 

Here's the little sprint boat that's put away for the winter now. It still makes me laugh to think the boat has 345 hp and the truck only has 159!

This is my favorite accessory to go with my TRD OR, I have a Duckworth Advantage 18.7 aluminum fishing boat. I bought her brand new in 2014 and I spend as much time with her on the Puget Sound,, at least once a week. I chase salmon year round out here and will go after lingcod, rockfish, and halibut when in season. I will get about 2 to 3 trips a year out to the Columbia River to chase springers, summer, and fall run Kings.

 

No saltwater here in the Midwest. Walleye fishing is the game in my neck of the woods.

 

Your boat looks like a walleye slayin machine. Walleye is right up there with kokanee salmon as my favorite fresh water fish to eat. We have a pretty good walleye fishery on certain stretches of the Columbia River. I wish I had more time to go after them.

 

Thank ReelAdict. My bro lives in Portland and he’s told me there are some monster walleye in the Columbia. He’s a big kokanee guy too. I definitely need to get out there and give the kokanee a try

You need to visit your brother and have him take you out for some famous Columbia River Kings. That stretch right there in Portland is pretty awesome, especially when there is a good run of salmon and fish & game opens the season.
