I have an older 17’ Outrage. I love it. Anything shorter will give you a pretty rough ride.

That looks like a pretty sweet setup. I love those center consoles.

Ohhh... if you can find one at a decent price, do it man! Those are skiffs are awesome. I was on the fence between a Bass boat and a skiff at the time and ultimately went with a Bass boat.

I considered a bass boat, 90% of the fishing boats on my lake anyway are bassboats, but I want to be able to take it to the intercoastal and just use it as a general cruiser sometime and I think a small skiff would do a little better.

Back after seeing a few boats in person. I think im more-so leaning towards getting a Yamaha Jet boat

Im thinking 21ft, 2007-2012 (before the yamaha gods stopped you from diagnosing your own boat)

Huge online forum dedicated to jetboats like tacomaworld so working on it shouldnt be too crazy.

Saw a 2010 Yamaha 21ft up close and personal yesterday and i like it alot.

Anyone here own a Yamaha Jetbooat to pitch in opinions?

thats been a common theme, the MR-1 motors are tried and true. 1000s of hours as long as you take care of them.

Ive got a little 14 foot john boat, currently running just a battery powered trolling prop off a battery.
Tryin to decide between getting something bigger or just buying a small gas motor.

    IMG_4181.jpg

It was awesome on the jeep, I could go anywhere with it.
Ive put into lakes that likely havent seen more than an inflatable kayak.
Now I have to figure out a setup to haul it on my taco

Taking mine out for what might be the last time of the year. Leaving for work or a month soon and when I get back the water might be hard.
