    Hey guys i mocked up a cardboard skidplate to figure out what to do with it i think im gunna weld it all inbetween the tubes to keep the tubes exposed up front... any good ideas?:)

    to me it comes down to need vs want... the ARB look with 7 hoops covering your headlights, grill etc is massive overkill and dead weight unless you are going to use it - hard wheeling, rock crawling, etc... if it is just for looks ditch the hoops... I like the tube ones because they are lighter than the others yet stronger than stock...

    Just installed my ARB. Love it. And by using a floor jack, the installation was easy. Will be adding a winch soon.

    Chris, looks great. Do the top mounted lights get in your way as far as viewing the road when driving. When I get my winch, I was thinking about moving my lights to those upper tabs.

    Damn i gotta say with those top mount light that arb is a beast! If i had the $$$ i would probly get something like that! Those ARBs are lookin great guys! Time to fab up some skidplating tomorrow!

    Took some getting used to, now I don't even notice they're in front of me. Still not sure if I'm gonna leave them there. Might make up some tabs coming off the hood hinges to mount them up.
