Had to remove my set-up due to stinky scallop shell smell and clean the bed out. This is 1 year old, and gets a fair amount of abuse daily. I'd forgot how easy it was to take out, one person can easy do itIMG_2601.jpgIMG_2601.jpgIMG_2602.jpgIMG_2603.jpgIMG_2605.jpgIMG_2606.jpgIMG_2607.jpgIMG_2610.jpg

That platform is a beast! Looks well designed, built + super useful.

The platform in my truck is 100% full time camp set up... but I really like this

The two side pieces over the wheel well and the center platform are different pieces so it disassembles and is taken out in about 30 seconds if I want. I use 4 Tupperware bins that fit pretty perfectly underneath. Hinged the platform so I can get to the back bins easier. So far working super well. Covering the wood was a bit of a pain but worth it in the end I think.

You have a wheelbarrow for a truck bed. Rubbing it in, you are not. :stayontopic:

If it works for you great, I'm not jealous of something that weighs too much and takes up too much space for what it does hold. Nice as it looks that wouldn't begin to hold what I carry.

Agreed. They had them on display at Overland Expo West and it's really well made. I'm surprised it took them this long to come out with the Tacoma model.

I wish it wasn’t so heavy. I think I saw that it was like 250lbs.

I don't hate it, I just have no use for it. Besides, he needed a bitch slap for trying to rub it in.

    Nice.

What are you rubbing about? It looks like a lot of useless space to have well built drawers. It would not hold what I need to bring.
    AND, what is it?

Finished mine this afternoon. I have plans to add some Rubbermaids for under the platform, but haven't bought them yet. I might have gone a little overboard with the anchors, but I have em if I need em,
