    Primer, rusto bedliner sanded back with 400 to knock down the texture, black spray paint, clear. Little dusty from being driven on dirt roads for a couple days. Here's a pic with better lighting. I did the grill the same way but have re coated it just with black and clear now that the texture is established underneath. It actually hasn't been washed since that first pic was taken in December.

    Very nice indeed. I have a small scuff on the right side of my front bumper and I was thinking something like this would be better than the $650 the body shop wants to put it back to stock

    This is how interpreted it. My truck will pretty much always see use as a daily driver, and I commute about 30 miles each way to work. I don't want to modify it so heavily that it's no longer practical for its main purpose. So far, I have only done a few basic things to it. I researched and decided on what lift I wanted back in the fall, then decided to move across country, and was towing a camping trailer, so it made more sense to wait. I don't think my truck is "bad ass" as far as ready to take on Moab or the Yukon territory, but I thought a pic of a Tacoma parked in the cutout of a trunk of a tree nearly as tall as the truck was a pretty bad ass pic. I guess I should have started the "Pics of your mostly stock Tacoma parked in the cutout of a tree trunk whose diameter is at least 75% of the height of your truck" thread. My bad.

    Thankfully, no. My bar is only 16" so I'm glad someone else did the dirty work. Oddly, I could only find one small piece of the cutout. Next time I'm by there I'll look a little closer and see if they rolled it over the hill or what they did with it.
