I love photography, but I just wish I was better at it.

I just bought a Canon EOS XSi, and I plan on learning...

Eh, no worries. It is all good. They are all incredible women, and any man is lucky to have dated any one of them. Therefore - I count myself very lucky. Besides, I am in no rush to find another woman. I have plans that preclude dating for now.

It is a much better camera than my ex's EOS XTi (the 8MP version), but they both take great pictures. I really like the image stabilization on the 18-55 lens, but the depth of field is fairly wide.

    My wish list-

EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM (DROOL!!! I bought this for my wife before we separated. :( )
EF 50mm f/1.4 USM (everyone should have this lens - it is very versatile)
EF 50mm f/1.2L USM (depth of field on this puppy is awesome!!!)
EF 35mm f/1.4L USM (for those gorgeous scenery shots even at night)

So, I don't know if this counts as outdoors...

But this is from Doha, Qatar. Enjoy!! (First time attaching a photo, if it doesn't work, my apologies, I will work on it!)

Excellent pics. I can't wait till I can come out that way. Of course, the chances of me affording that kind of vacation are quite a ways off...
