First look at a 2012 for me. Looks sweet. Almost looks like my old 1st gen front end.

Careful with those guys......I've ordered from them before and got the run around when my items were backordered. Had to make many phone calls to get updates on delivery. They are based out of the Richardson Toyota dealership in TX. Same as shoptrd.com.

Have you noticed how much higher the inside sits compared to your '10? I had an '09 and I'm about 6'1"......and I feel like I'm looking at the sun visor all the time and the rearview mirror. My only complaint so far with mine.

FYI......after you turn your headlights on an extra option button pops up on the display options screen underneath the "screen off" button. It won't show up unless you turn your headlights on. The new button enables the screen to stay the same brightness all the time if you so choose.

I haven't noticed any difference in the seat height. It seems pretty much exact to my '10. Maybe the '09's are a little different...

As for the Navi screen, I do know about that option. The problem that I have with it is the fact that it changes when you put the lights on. So if its in the middle of the day, and you're in a storm, your screen dims a lot. And if your driving into the night, you might need your lights before its really dark. So, I usually leave it in day mode until its dark, then I'll switch it to normal.

Hopefully the engineers will come up with a solution or at least an option in the settings to help this issue... Well, what I happen to feel is an issue...

    Cheers!

Are they the same guys as www.TRDParts4U.com and www.toyotapartsales.com? If so, they are very honest and knowledgeable guys who will go out of their way to help.

I got the "new" all weather mats with my '11, they look the same as the '12. They are alright...but they are pretty thin compared to past Toyota all weather mats...and the driver's side doesn't cover enough area...probably due to the accelerator fiasco. I bought the Weathertech Digifits...much happier with those.

Anything prior to 2012 will fit in your 2010.

You guys should be able to use your weathertechs from the 05-11. You just won't be able to use the retention clips. I have been checking the Weathertech site and they still don't have the '12's up yet.

The factory ones are not bad, I just think they could have been a little better. They are small. Not so much thin, but the overall coverage is weak. I would like to get the new ones when they are available.

IMHO, they are not bad. But could be better...

After about 5 weeks of having the truck, I still don't have any complaints...

I imagine you are correct, but I bet most members will want to keep the retention clips in.

There was a member on here that was planning on removing the retention clips, but I can't remember who it was.

I had the digital fit Weathertech's for my '10 and I never used the clips. Those things didn't move at all... I guess it depends on what you have an what you want... The factory ones are fine for me for now... I might try to Weathertechs, I might not... I'll post my choice either way...

    Cheers!

I would be fine running mine without the clips, you are right, these things are not going anywhere.

The rear ones don't have clips and they haven't moved at all since I installed them.
