Shudder on deceleration!? Need help!

I have a similiar issue I have a 09 4.0 access cab 6speed manuel so when I drive out for the first time every morning while still cold for the first 1-2 times decelerating when I throw it in neutral the truck shudders shaking the cab if I put it in gear it would stop it only happens the first few times decelerating then usually stops randomly it did shudder while idling at a stand still maby once or twice i can't figure it out
