This might have already been covered. Recently did a 3" Bilstein lift/level & put 285/75r17's on. Now i get this "grab" occasionally that either tries to pull me off the road or into the other lane. Most commonly happens between 20-35mph but has happened @ around 60mph. Sometimes i can expect it & other times it's hit/miss. The brake pedal is usually hard when it happens & there's a rotational drag/vibration (almost a grind) from the front end that is a long intermittent just before it locks up. At first i thought my tires were sucking up my mudflaps & triggering the AUTO LSD/traction control. Took those off & talked to Toyota to disable T/C. Didn't fix the issue. Drives fine in the city (no occurances). Uphill backroads a softspot for Toyota? I doubt it. Maybe bearings? CV? Front diff? Any help is appreciated & I'll try to answer any questions as best I can.

Did this issue arrive before or after the lift?

My 35's do this too - it's likely catching your inner fender/wheel well

just my 2c comparing your tire size to mine

Just check all is tight... LCA bolts ect. If you did not do the work, then it could be anything. Also verify sway bars are not hitting anything.

Checked inside of tire for rub scars, all the little stick tabs are still in place all the way around. Sound more mechanical (not quite grind but metal-metal rub).

Work was done by a pro shop, took it back and they retorqued everything & gave me the specs so i could check their work if i wanted, i did. Everything is tight. Bushings look good all around, sway-bar clearence checked out, alignment checked & rechecked.

Reset the VSC. Helped a lot, specially with general driving. Didn't eliminate the whole problem, but did let me gather more info. The grab is noticably softer now and ran live diagnostics on the drive home, each grab had a corresponding ABS acuation. Idk if that was a result of the grab or if it's part of the cause. Bad bearings is what i keep leaning towards but i don't get any play from the wheel when it's off the ground... I really do appreciate all the help from everyone.

VSC is still acting up. That is what activates the ABS it thinks you are loosing control and is attempting to correct it. You may want to do the VSC Calibration again.

Recalibrate VSC on even level surface with yourself seated in the vehicle and wheel straight.

Touche! Haha I actually tried 3 different parking lots before I found an evenly graded one which helped immensely. All the trucks I lift with VSC are always reset. Some trigger the abs at different intervals so it's always good practice to reset after a lift.

Update: vibration/shudder troubleshot down to 2 culprits, bearing (most likely) or an issue with the axle (least likely as issue would likely have to be in the knuckles of the axle. Did bearing & axle swap & will be test driving the vehicle tomorrow. I'm anticipating a "problem solved" result. We'll see.

Did you ever figure this out? Mine does the same thing. Only when im in the mountains. Dry pavement, low speeds on turns. Bad Wheel bearing triggering speed sensor was my first thought even though i cant feel any play in it when i jack it up. I have 6inch lift on 2wd prerunner. Drives me crazy. Also have bad vibes 40 to 70 on pavement after driving down bumpy trails that seem to disappear after i finish driving for a bit then start driving again.
