Shudder/vibration - Accelerate from a stop

    I'm getting a shudder/vibration when accelerate from a stop thru the first 2 shifts. More noticeable when I floor it from a stop. Any idea what this could be?

    The vibration is mostly in the floorboard and steering wheel.

    Truck has only 3,500 miles...
