Shuddering and Timing issue? Possible vacuum issue?

    Last few days I noticed it idling a little rough, now it is hesitating sometimes and a little jumpy. I've been watching the scangauge closely. The only oddity I see is that the timing will randomly drop from 20's to like 7 for a split second and I can feel the jolt.

    What do you guys think, vacuum hose is bad somewhere?
