Aux back up lights, Bed lights, Re-located trailer plug, Good dooby, a.k.a. jumper cable mod, Heated seats, back up camera,
Where you say the vibes are reduced in 4wd, I'd replace the drivers side needle bearing with the ecgs bushing as well.

Rust around the bearing caps is a sign of needle bearing failure in the u joints.

Good luck in getting it figured out.

Thanks again all. Due to some emergency here at home, I haven't had a chance to try anything with this yet.

To close the loop on this, it turned out to be the rear U-Joint, by the axle, is how it's written up on the work order. I had it diagnosed and done at a shop of someone who I used to work for.

I wanted to make sure I updated my thread with the outcome. Nothing grinds my nuts worse than when help is asked for and we never get the resolution.

I appreciate all the help and suggestions offered here.

Based off your post, I had similar on my 07 pre runner. I had a recall done on the driveshaft and also had them install a seal while they were under there. Got rid of it thankfully!

You are going to regret not getting them all done... If one is gone the other two are not far behind it

You're probably right, but it's a gamble I had to take for reasons I'd rather not get into.
