Hey guys, I've been having these issues for the past couple of weeks and I haven't taken it in anywhere (stubborn) as I'm trying to figure it out myself.
Basically, when I am going under 5mph and I turn the wheel, every once in a while I hear a shuddering noise under my car, I'm 99% sure it is not the engine and is something suspension related. I also hear it when I brake right at the very end right before I fully stop.
I'm running icon 2.5s and some built right upper control arms with uniballs so one of my thoughts is it could be the uniball needs replacement, and I also know I definitely need new pads and maybe rotors soon. I replaced my lower ball joints and outer tie rods this summer so its possible I messed something up, but I'm really not sure.
It only happens at very slow speeds like when I'm pulling out of a parking spot or in a drive through, it goes away as soon as I get moving.
Any thoughts/ideas would be great as I want to solve this myself and not take it to a mechanic unless I really have to.

That's a tough one. Brakes could be the issue, as you said. I'd jack it up and look for loose items. Get a crow bar and pry on things.
Can you feel the shutter in the steering wheel? Is it just the front end? Could it be coming from the rear end?
    Good luck with the fix!

No shutter on the steering wheel, it's all in the front end. I can feel it shuttering underneath like maybe near the steering rack im not really sure.
