Need help. I've taken my 2021 TRD to two different dealers to get the shuttering/rattling noise i'm hearing/feeling in the floor board. Both dealers claim to hear/feel the noise but no fix. It appears to come from the right front. The sound seems to be more prevalent on uneven/bumpy roads. First noticed a week or so ago in the mountains of NC. They claim to have checked everything (tie rod, UCA, etc). Whats my next play? Also the right front brake is squealing and I had the tech look at my brakes but he said there is 5.5mm left on the pads so no need to change them out yet. The brake sounds like metal on metal, with no apparent damage to rotor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have 34,000 miles and seems like they don't want to fix anything due to me being so close of out of warranty.

Take it to a good independent shop, see if they can track the rattle down, and get a write up with diagnosis if possible. Also have them give you a second opinion on the brakes. Take that back to the dealer hopefully for the warranty work on the rattle. Who knows with the brakes, won’t be covered unless is something other than normal wear.

Also, before you take to the independent shop, lay under the truck and lay your hands on literally everything attached to the truck and see if you can find anything with any play.
