Hey guys, I'm having this issue with my Tacoma, I will get in it and start it up, it starts up fine, then runs for 5 to 10 seconds and shuts off as if you were to turn the key off. No spitting, no spuddering. Runs fine. Just ever so smoothly shuts off. If I start it up and keep it anything above idle, it will stay running. I have to hold it above idle for around 30 seconds and then it won't shut off when I bring it back to idle. I'm completely lost to be honest. Any info will help, the truck is a 95.5 Tacoma 2.7, distributor motor. 5 speed 4x4.
Distributor, mass air flow and intake air temp, fuel pump and fuel filter are all brand new. Truck just started doing this today. Thanks everyone!

You need to rent a fuel pressure tester from autozone and see what fuel pressure is doing when it dies. Do you have a scanner?
