    That way when I'm driving home from visiting friends in Oregon I wouldn't get stuck behind a million trucks hauling Christmas trees down I-5.

    It was one of the first episodes of Monster Garage.

    I also got to see a launch from Cape Canaveral several years ago, a morning launch. The best part was listening to mission control broadcast on AM radio, giving altitude and down range numbers. It was amazing how long you could still see it, after a few minutes, it looked like a star in the bright blue FL sky.
